Conditions
Prices:
The prices are per apartment and day for a minimum stay of 3 nights and include:
  • Heating
  • Electricity
  • Water
  • Cleaning service after check-out
  • Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen
  • Ski room with ski boots dryer
  • VAT Italian tax

Local Tax:
The Local Tax of € 2,30 per person per day is not included. Tax exemption for children under 14 years of age

  • Change of prices for bookings less than 3 nights
  • Supplement for every additional bed
  • In case of delayed arrivals or earlier departures all previously booked days will be charged
  • In case of delayed arrivals and early departures the full price of the booked period will be charged
  • No change of price if somebody of the booked persons don't arrive
Every apartment is provided with:
  • Dishwasher
  • Cooker top
  • American coffee machine
  • Fridge
  • Safe
 Supplements:
  • On request delivery of fresh bred every morning
Promotions: Internal rules:
  • It's not allowed to smoke in our apartments
  • We don't accept pets, sorry for the obstruction
  • The apartments can be used only by the booked persons
Arrival and departure:
  • The apartments are at disposal from 3 pm on arrival day until 9 am on departure day
  • Arrivals and departures will usually be on Saturdays
Reservation and deposit:
  • A deposit of Euro 200,00 per apartment is required in order to confirm the booking
  • The advanced payment can be done by bank transfer
  • Reservations will be cancelled in case of non-payment of the requested deposit.
  • Cancellation condition: We regret we are unable to return the deposit in case of cancellation of the booking
Payment:
  • We accept payments by cash, credit or debit card or advanced bank transfer
